Sala noastra va ofera sansa de a practica terapia cu sare (haloterapia). Inhalarea ionilor de sare trateaza multe afectiuni printre care se numara boli ale sistemului respirator, alergii, probleme digestive, afectiuni dermatologice , dureri de cap si migrene.
Sala noastra va ofera o gama larga de servicii si abonamente flexibile – incepand cu plata la sedinta si finalizandu-se cu abonamente anuale foarte convenabile. Here at Jade Gym you can also find an air conditioned aerobic’s studio, individual lockers with keys and a saline sauna with Himalayan salt. Here you can practice halotherapy – therapy with salt. A saline sauna offers you the best of both worlds – the benefits of a regular sauna due to its heat of about 65⁰C while breathing in the ions generated by the salt. This type of therapy has been known to aid in the treatment of many heath issues such as respiratory problems, allergies, digestive problems, skin problems, headaches and migraines.
